Updated on 11 November 2020.

Today we are going to see, how to create a contract in SAP ACM module. For those of you, who don't know what ACM stands for, it stands for Agriculture Contract Management.

There are 2 ways to create a contract.
1. Contract without reference
2. Contract with reference

Today, here we will talk about Contract without reference only. Else, it will become very length.

Contract with reference

STEP 1: WB21 Tcode

Go to Tcode WB21

We will create a Third Party Purchase Contract. For that enter contract type as AC3P. Now, press ENTER. We will see the below screen.

Please note in your system instead of AC3P, there would be something else. So, please select contract type which has description as Third Party Purchase Contract.

Enter/Select the details as show in the above image.

Click on the copy button or press F5 as shown in the below image.

On the next screen, enter the vendor name. We have entered here ACM_AC1. Now, press Enter.

We might see the below screen, click on CANCEL.

Now, click on SAVE.

Note the contract no. generated from the status bar.

STEP 2: WB22 Tcode

Now go to Tcode WB22.
Enter the noted contract no. from WB21 and press ENTER.

Click on Overview.

Enter Material, Plant and Ordered Quantity and Press ENTER.

Click on Commodity Item.

Click on Create a new Commodity item.

Enter Quantity, Today's date and Month's last date. These dates will vary from system to system.

Click on Quantity Overview.

Double click on Item No.

Click on the button which at the end of last tab.

Select DPQS from drop down.

Enter details shown in the below image.

Again click on the button which at the end of last tab.

 Select Tolerances from drop down.

Enter the Tolerance Sch. ID and Type ID.

Click on Header data.

Go to Status Tab.

Select status as Approved and click Set Status.

Click on SAVE, now our contract is created. It's ready to be used for creating application documents.
